摘要: A device and method for accessing the interior of a cavity patient is described. The transmural access system includes an overtube (110) use with endoscope, safety trocar (500), suture anchors (115), exchanger (151). deployed in conjunction endoscope through selected body passageway to locate sight portal. distal end multi-lumen secured wall advanced main lumen form portal cavity. Upon completion desired medical procedure, can be closed by deploying exchanger.
