摘要: EBM (evidence based medicine) is an application of knowledge management, appraising clinical studies critically and considering their applicability in work. To discover current issues, this paper presents analysis recent published articles. Issues identified include: Benefits using EBM; Need for possible lack accuracy available evidence; Difficulty relating RCT (randomised trial) evidence to practice the individual patient; Potential conflict with experience practitioner; Lack time understanding full use improved training constantly update expand evidence.
