摘要: Purpose To evaluate the effect of AF-1 (UY) blue-light-filtering intraocular lens (IOL) with a yellow chromophore (Hoya) on visual function, including contrast vision and color perception. Settings Five clinical ophthalmology centers in Germany. Methods Two types IOLs that were identical except for a blue-light filter 1 compared prospective randomized multicenter study intraindividual comparisons. Postoperatively, uncorrected best corrected acuities, pupil size, (Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study chart, functional acuity test, photopic, mesopic, mesopic glare), discrimination (Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue photopic mesopic) evaluated. Results There no significant differences between 2 dependent blue light. Color perception IOL was significantly reduced under conditions over 12-month follow-up 6 months. Despite difference, all measured total error scores within normal range patient reported impaired vision. Conclusions The yellow had acuity. However, impairment statistically significant. did not exceed or induce subjective disturbance
