摘要: An approach of producing recombinant trimers that mimic native HIV-1 envelope is developed. A protein forming the encompasses a gp140 fused to tag through linker at C-terminus gp140. The sufficiently long so accessible for binding by molecule bound on solid matrix. After expressed in cell, secreted into culture medium and assembles therein. may be directly purified from medium. Cleaved uncleaved different clade viruses are produced.
