摘要: Objective: To evaluate the proportion of health services that fill out compulsory notification and what main difficulties to it are. Methods: A study was carried with two different approaches. For quantitative approach, a cross sectional performed, telephone data collection. In state Sao Paulo, 291 had reported providing care women who suffer from sexual violence were identified. The sample composed 172 emergency women. qualitative case studies conducted. Six cities chosen by intention convenience. each them, professionals invited participate. Forty-five semi-structured interviews data, descriptive analysis out. thematic content performed. Results: which always filling in cases 79.1%. More than half (53.5%) concerning assisted women, one third reasons related form, 29.7%, professionals. size problems obtain information about woman difficulty for professional this information. Conclusion: Although most claimed notification, they also mentioned several do so, especially regard workload misunderstanding importance context comprehensive violence.
