摘要: Abstract The relationship between progesterone (P 4 ) synthesis in vitro by luteal tissue and prostaglandin F (PGF) endometrium from two stages of the cycle, Days 7 to 8 15 16, was determined. Luteal endometrial tissues were collected pigs three experimental groups at cycle: (A) 6 on with spontaneous, 5 day old corpora lutea (CL); (B) 16 13 14 CL; (C) CL induced pregnant mares serum gonadotropin (PMSG) human chorionic (HCG) injections. Pigs cycle PMSG-HCG accessory, used so that P PGF new could be compared same pig Day cycle. Tissues (100 mg minces) incubated ml Krebs Ringer solution an atmosphere 95% 0 2 :5% CO for hours 0° C, 37° or C 1.3 x 10 −4 M indomethacin (IND). An aliquot incubation medium supernatant after homogenization remaining each flask quantified radioimmunoassay. release into total accumulation flasks indicated de novo had occured C. Compared CL, synthesized more per (53.9 vs 25.0 ng/mg tissue, (20.8 8.8 ng/mg, group similar A B, respectively. Luteul not affected significantly either age treatment. For samples, different among A, B If uterine is involved regression pig, sensitivity may important than increase secretion during late phase estrous
