摘要: Abstract A new analytical method is presented that allows simultaneous determination of neutral and acidic pharmaceuticals pesticides in natural waters. The compounds investigated include frequently used pharmaceuticals, i.e., the anti-epileptic carbamazepine, four analgesic/anti-flammatory drugs (ibuprofen, diclofenac, ketoprofen naproxen) lipid regulator clofibric acid important including triazines, acetamides phenoxy acids. Sample enrichment was achieved one step with a newly developed solid-phase extraction procedure using Waters Oasis HLB sorbent. were analyzed by GC–MS first step, then after derivatization diazomethane. Relative recoveries isotope labeled internal standards between 71 118% detection limits range 1 to 10 ng/l drinking water, surface water waste treatment plant effluents (precision: 1–15%). proved be very durable during 3-month field study target analytes detected concentrations 5–3500 effluents, river lake water.
