摘要: Histamine, the main amine released during allergic reactions, can provoke coronary arterial spasm manifested as angina pectoris. This has been shown clinical and laboratory studies. The effects of histamine on cardiac function are mediated via H1- H2- receptors situated four chambers arteries. Coronary arteries patients hyperactive contain stores which initiate artery spasm. Clinical observations indicate that pectoris or acute myocardial infarction be provoked by reaction. coincidental occurrence chest pain reaction accompanied findings classical seems to constitute syndrome angina. symptoms include discomfort, dyspnoea, faintness, nausea, pruritus urticaria.
