摘要: Abstract DNA is one of the most promising molecules for use in nanotechnology because it has a nanoscale size and also ability self-assembly. In this paper, we discuss free-solution growth 1D open tube (OT) substrate-assisted 2D lattice (OL), which can both achieve similar design schemes. We introduced biotinylated OT OL, be bound with streptavidin visualization, to verify via atomic force microscopy that dimensional structures have fact been formed. Additionally coverage ratio controlled by concentration monomer was analyzed understand on substrate. The lattices were observed start growing substrate at around 1 nM (threshold) full 10 nM (saturation concentration). Finally, Raman spectra current–voltage characteristics Zn 2+ -doped OLs obtained order demonstrate feasibility using such methods produce useful materials nanodevices biosensors. As [Zn ] increases above critical value 0.5 mM, peaks gradually decrease. resistance decreases up ], then continues increase.
