摘要: A vehicle fueling facility is unmanned but remotely monitored. The system, made up of fuel dispensers (with credit/debit card and cash acceptors) product storage tank(s) located at a satellite site. site includes security video cameras which monitor overall activity the An additional camera installed in each dispenser head to activities customer that dispenser. outputs all are transmitted remote (attended) monitoring for viewing by an attendant. Still another trained on attendant so attendant's face can be back customer. surveillance system enables attendant, who physically situated location (i.e., may several miles from facility), visually view images captured site), transmit customer, thereby maintain interactive audio/visual communication with facility, temporary audio/video record Thus, video/audio intercommunication customers attendants visual voice other during refueling operation.
