JOB ROTATION, JOB PERFORMANCE, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON BANK EMPLOYEES

摘要: The aim of the study is to investigate relationship and effect  job variables rotation, job performance organizational commitment among employees working in banking sector Pakistan. Self-administrated questionnaire was distributed by selecting a convenient sampling data collected were 435 from banks. analyzed with help Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS). findings revealed that positive found between employees, whereas negative commitment. results are useful for bankers, employees’ managers. also provided limitations recommendations future research.
