摘要: OBJECTIVETo assess the long-term results in patients treated using a modified ureterosigmoidostomy (Mainz II).PATIENTS AND METHODSBetween 1994 and 1999, 17 had their lower urinary tract reconstructed by ureterosigmoidostomy, reconfiguring rectum to make low-pressure reservoir II). All were followed on standard protocol. Data extracted from database review of case-notes. In 12 procedure was with radical cystectomy for carcinoma.
