摘要: To understand the effects of ocean-dumping organic wastes on bacteria, bacterial abundance and production, hydrolytic activities aminopeptidase (AMPase) -glucosidase (-GLCase) were measured 5 times in euphotic zone dumping non-dumping areas East Sea from April 1996 to September 1997. Comparing depth-integrated values phytoplankton biomass parameters over area with those area, we found that -GLCase oceanic always higher than area. Also, thymidine-based production correlated significantly leucine-based (balanced growth), but not (unbalanced growth). These results seem be responses continuous matter into Further, a relationship between was significant insignificant indicating control mechanisms different two areas. Relationships other varied seasons, suggesting bacteria might regulated by factors spring summer. Further studies are required test whether these seasonal variabilities regulating factor associated changes temperature, temperature-related phenomena, or characteristics wastes.
