摘要: This study covers the drying behavior of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in a square cross-sectioned dryer. For this, approximately 200 g fish was used to dry at different air inlet velocities like 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 m/s for constant temperature 46 °C ranges 28–43 % relative humidity. In experiments, interior values moisture loses were measured as function time. It is seen that content has decreased with time procedure velocity be effective. And it suggested samples should dried single layer ± 0.1 ms−1 optimal boundary conductions.
