摘要: Time-resolved ferromagnetic resonance is used to study magnetic relaxation in epitaxial Fe1−xCox films grown on vicinal GaAs(100) surfaces. The free energy of these determined by a combination four-fold volume anisotropy and two-fold due surface bonding morphology. response following high bandwidth (∼10 GHz) field pulse measured using the polar Kerr effect.
