摘要: Adult cavovarus deformity patients present with rigid deformity, where the correction can no longer be obtained using soft tissue procedures alone, and corrective arthrodesis or osteotomy must performed to realign deformity. Reconstructive surgeries for foot deformities are variable include hindfoot midfoot arthrodesis, release lengthening, tendon transfers. Recently adult have been more commonly addressed joint preservation osteotomies adjunctive less triple arthrodesis. Clinical radiographic outcomes overall favorable.
