Fuzzy Critical Path Method Based on Lexicographic Ordering

摘要: The Critical Path Method (CPM) is useful for planning and control of complex projects. CPM identifies the critical activities in path an activity network. successful implementation requires availability clear determined time duration each activity. However, practical situations this requirement usually hard to fulfil since many will be executed first time. Hence, there always uncertainty about durations network planning. This has led development fuzzy CPM. In paper, we use a Lexicographic ordering method ranking numbers project network, where represented by trapezoidal number. proposed compared with based on different methods numbers. comparison reveals that paper more effective determining criticalities finding path. new simple calculating than so far literature.
