摘要: We outline the methods of Bayesian inference for applications to case-control studies. These appear as natural way making inferences, since much controversy that surrounds a specific study is subjective. derive conjugate prior distributions exposure, posterior ratio odds being incident with disease both and without exposure potential causal agent, convenient approximations. In particular, we show how one may carry out ‘case-control studies’ necessarily having control group. illustrate these ideas data first showed relationship between in utero diethylstilbestrol cancer vagina young girls
