摘要: The design of layer-by-layer (LbL) polyelectrolyte films including nanoparticles is a growing field innovation in wide range biomedical applications. Gold (AuNPs) are very attractive for further biomolecule coupling to induce pharmacological effect. Nanostructured LbL coupled with such metallic species show properties that depend on the conditions construction, i.e. polymer nature and dissolution buffer. Tripartite (polycation, AuNP, polyanion) were evaluated using two different polycationic polymers (poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH), poly(ethylene imine) (PEI)) various medium (salts, phosphate, Tris or Tris-NaCl buffers, concentration). AuNP incorporation film stability analysed by visible spectrophotometry, capillary zone electrophoresis, quartz crystal microbalance, high-performance liquid chromatography. ideal compromise between loading was obtained PAH prepared buffer (0.01–0.15 M). This condition allowed formation more stable than PEI provided an quantity 4.8 times greater PAH-PBS-built film. In conclusion, this work presents analytical strategy characterization nanostructured multilayer optimization enriched AuNPs device coatings.
