摘要: Some dispersed repeated sequences and their flanking regions from wheat maize ctDNAs have been characterized. Two sets of ctDNA repeats were found to be the chloroplast ribosomal protein genesrpl2 andrpl23, plus nonfunctional segments them, designatedrpl2′ andrpl23′. Pairwise comparisons made between wheatrp123 andrpl23′, maizerp123′ sequences. The precise patterns homology suggest that divergence (rpl23′) is being retarded by nonreciprocal recombination, biased selection for individuals with functional (rpl23) implied involvement these in mechanisms homologous therefore creation spread new variants, discussed.
