摘要: textabstractSince centuries, cannabis is used for recreational, spiritual and medicinal purposes. Today, one of the most commonly illicit substances, also among pregnant women. In last decades, levels of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol in products have increased, these higher contributed to our interest investigating effects of cannabis during pregnancy. The study described this thesis was embedded within Generation R Study, a prospective cohort from foetal life onwards multiethnic urban population. study, we examined associations of maternal use pregnancy several offspring outcomes. In order determine whether affects children because of intrauterine exposure, possible influence confounding factors should be considered. Moreover, direct biological effect exposure addressed by comparing strength the associations between maternal paternal during pregnancy growth using ultrasound measures. Additionally, to determine has an intrauterine or not, timing considered as well, i.e. comparison between only before made. This manuscript determinants use during pregnancy. it discussed agreement between maternal self-report presence of metabolites urine. We association foetal redistribution observed measurements. Finally, this thesis focuses on relation parental child behavioural development verbal non-verbal cognitive development.
