摘要: The efficiency of hybridization analysis with oligonucleotide microarrays depends heavily on the method detection. Conventional methods based labeling nucleic acids fluorescent, chemiluminescent, enzyme, or radioactive reporters suffer from a number serious drawbacks which demand development new detection techniques. Here, we report two approaches for employing magnetic beads as active labels.
