摘要: The aim of the present study is to offer a validated decision model for casino enterprises. enables those users perform early detection problem gamblers and fulfill their ethical duty social cost minimization. To this end, interpretation customers’ nonverbal communication understood as signal-processing problem. Indicators gambling recommended by Delfabbro et al. (Identifying in venues: final report, 2007) are combined with Viterbi algorithm into an interdisciplinary that helps decoding signals emitted customers. Model output consists historical path mental states cumulated costs associated particular client. Groups non-problem were simulated investigate model’s diagnostic capability its minimization ability.
