摘要: Abstract In this work, we study the effect of pH on morphology, composition and crystallographic orientation during pulse electroplating Ni–W/SiO 2 nanocomposite coating from citrate-ammonia media. SEM AFM analysis shows that coatings obtained with well dispersed SiO nanoparticles were smoother, more compact finer grain size. Furthermore, XPS, GDOES XRD reveal a good crystalline structure detection new intermetallic phases. The interface electrochemical behavior stability studied into 3% NaCl media discussed in consideration electrical conductivity microhardness.
