摘要: To examine the prevalence of depressive symptoms and its relationship with quality-of-life domains in home-care cancer patients at an advanced stage illness, 86 were given psychological tests for depression (Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale) (HAD) quality life (EORTC-QLQ-C30) 1 week after admission to program. Using a proper cut-off score on HAD-Depression subscale, reported by 45% patients. The depressed was more affected than non-depressed social, emotional, cognitive, physical domains. Significant correlations found between scores impairment most areas. These findings support importance evaluation who are followed setting. This is needed provide patients, their families, caregivers appropriate psychosocial interventions.
