摘要: Identifying cancer predisposition syndromes in children with tumors is crucial, yet few clinical guidelines exist to identify at high risk of having germline mutations. The McGill Interactive Pediatric OncoGenetic Guidelines project aims create a validated pediatric guideline the form smartphone/tablet application using algorithms process data and help determine whether refer child for genetic assessment. This paper discusses initial stages project, focusing on its overall structure, methodology underpinning algorithms, upcoming algorithm validation process.
