摘要: Abstract Powders and ceramics of Bi 1 − x Dy FeO 3 ( = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25) have been successfully synthesized by a modified solid state method. X-ray diffraction Rietveld refine the illustrate rhombohedral-to-orthorhombic phase transition at = 0.10. Two types structural phases were found to coexist with increasing content from = 0.10 = 0.25. The magnetic study confirmed that A-site Dy-doping would induce weak ferromagnetic behavior, ferroelectric properties also showed its correlation evolution.
