摘要: AbstractModeling housing search behavior is a crucial component of land use modeling. Land modeling from specific point view shares close ties with the transport system. As result, has become an attractive research topic to travel demand modelers and continues be interest urban planners, geographers, economists. This paper presents conceptual framework for long-term decisions household members focus on residential relocation-related decisions. The reasons movement timing are modeled in this using two approaches: (1) a competing hazard formulation, (2) a conditional discrete choice model. Australian longitudinal data used develop econometric models which income change, property value, unemployment rate demographic dynamics available.
