摘要: Frequency response, and hence transfer function, estimation of systems is vital importance in several engineering fields such as signal processing, communications, control, system modelling identification. Any digital frequency response scheme with attractive features low cost, high speed, good accuracy excellent noise harmonic rejection capabilities will therefore be great practical benefit to practitioners the above-mentioned fields. The author reports on a new theory, based concept non-subtractively dithered quantisation, which endows classical quadrature correlation-based all features. A theoretical analysis (bias variance) this technique given. theory tested number filters under some stringent conditions characterised by coarsest possible (1-bit) quantisation very noisy (low SNR) environments. Simulation results substantiate proposed quite well, thus making VLSI implementation 1-bit chip an proposition.
