摘要: Within the EU-project WAVENC block structured DLR-FLOWer code has been applied to inviscid simulation of a wake vortex encounter generic aircraft. The incoming vortices preceding aircraft are prescribed at inflow boundary computational domain. This allows capture mutual interaction between and vortices. In order transport without too big numerical losses from aircraft, very fine Cartesian grids, so-called "vortex meshes", have embedded into grid structure. is enabled by Chimera technique implemented in code. One main advantage this strategy is, that no remeshing needed perform parametric study aircrafts position relative Global forces moments as well pressure distributions obtained for different positions disturbed flowfield show good agreement experimental data.
