摘要: The aim of this paper is to discuss and analyse changes in the incidence distribution non-standard employment New Zealand since introduction Employment Contracts Act May 1991. Non-standard defined as that not permanent full-time. analysis based upon data from national surveys, one 2000 workplaces 1991 another 5,200 1995.
