BlueMesh: degree-constrained multi-hop scatternet formation for Bluetooth networks

摘要: In this paper we describe BlueMesh, a new protocol for the establishment of scatternets, i.e., multi-hop wireless networks Bluetooth devices. BlueMesh defines rules device discovery, piconet formation and interconnection so to generate connected scatternets with following desirable properties. forms without requiring devices be all in each other transmission range. scatternet topologies are meshes multiple paths between any pair nodes. piconets made up no more than 7 slaves. Simulation results over 200 nodes show that is effective quickly generating which node, on average, does not assume 2.4 roles. Moreover, route length two network comparable shortest
