摘要: This paper contributes to the growing body of literature on privacy and security by looking at self-reported password sharing practices. 62 men 60 women recruited through a combination snowball sampling small ads answered series open-ended questions about their strategies. One third respondants shared personal email password, quarter Facebook both primarily with partners close friends. Approximately 20% people who had work passwords reported them colleagues. These results support understanding not as deviant practice be stamped out, but rather nuanced engaged in thought care.
