摘要: The technique of isoelectric focusing was first applied to immunoglobulins by Awdeh et al., in 1968. In this paper the (IF) polyacrylamide gel used, and photographs were presented showing IF patterns a mouse IgG myeloma protein (5563), several homogeneous proteins, total fraction from nonimmunized rabbit, specifically purified antibodies rabbits mice immunized with hemocyanin, ribonuclease, 2,4-dinitrophenyl (DNP) protein. 5563 gave pattern consisting four closely spaced lines, decreasing intensity toward anode. all complex many lines variable spacing intensity. Further studies al. (1970) on showed that when freshly isolated cells grown vitro, consisted only two bands. other bands seen serum or ascites appeared later upon standing. heavy light chains prepared reduction alkvlation shown 1969
