摘要: Inhalation challenge with fungal antigens (Trichoderma and Scopulariopsis) cultured from sawdust reproduced occupational asthma in a sawyer. Cutaneous anaphylactic hypersensitivity to the fungi was demonstrated, but precipitating antibodies could not be detected serum. Complement activity measured mixed venous arterial blood correlated changes ventilation gas exchange induced by endobronchial inhalation challenge. of first antigen produced immediate transient bronchospasm that followed 24 hours later asymptomatic reversal venoarterial complement difference, consistent consumption within lesser circulation. The alteration difference persisted until second 2 days later, which also provoked delayed bronchospasm, hypoxia, respiratory failure. Nonspecific activation comple...
