摘要: Abstract The goal of this effort was to develop and validate non-radioisotopic immunoassays for measuring luteinizing hormone follicle stimulating in unextracted urine. Towards goal, commercial time-resolved immunofluorometric assays (IFMAs) were modified. Validation demonstrated that the resultant specific, sensitive, accurate, precise. Urine matrix shown not interfere with assay. Gonadotropin profiles generated using these conformed those measured urine serum by other established immunoassays. These IFMAs afford collective advantages procedures sample collection (convenience, noninvasiveness, integration pulsatile secretion), plus superior sensitivity specificity IFMAs. Applications include epidemiology medicine.
