摘要: A retrospective analysis was performed of 451 adult patients with clinical stage 1/1E non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treated initially radiotherapy alone. Histopathologically 208 had low-grade disease and 243 high-grade disease. The complete remission (CR) rate higher in (98%) than those (84%) (P < 0.0001). relapse similar both histological categories, usually occurred within 5 years. resulting overall actuarial percentage achieving CR remaining free (at 10 years) 47% 45% for Salvage therapy frequently successful younger patients, the cause-specific survival at years 71% 67% In under 60 age diagnosis, 84% 80% respectively. These long-term results young 1 are encouraging, it will be difficult to demonstrate improved initial chemotherapy either or without radiotherapy, until new prognostic factors found identify poor-risk patients.
