摘要: The year 2005, under the auspices of United Nations Organization (UNO), was celebrated as International (or World) Year Physics. It much in memory that Annus Mirabilis (Miracle Year) 1905 which Albert Einstein published his five famous papers [1–5] more than a century ago, to honor their author himself by whole world together. We now know profound effects those have had not only on development science, general, and physics, particular; but also evolution, through these developments, human civilization we are enjoying today. One [1] wrote Mirabilis, provided an explanation experimentally observed photoelectric effect [6, 7].
