摘要: Home-based work is becoming an increasingly popular form of in cities, fuelled by technological advances, lifestyle preferences, demographical change and rapid evolution the knowledge economy. In many particularly those planned developed with intentional separation land uses, this return economic activities to residential neighbourhoods brings along both opportunities spatial challenges. Attempts formulate appropriate urban planning responses are hindered limited understanding home-based workers’ needs aspirations, as well their impacts on built environment.
