Of robots and humans: Creating user representations in practice:

摘要: In this study, we explore the constitution of user representations robots in design practice. Using results ethnographic research two robot laboratories, show how emerge and are entangled with activities. Our study speaks to growing popularity investment robotics, other forms artificial intelligence. Scholars Science Technology Studies (STS) have shown that it is often difficult for designers engineers develop accurate ideas about potential users such technologies.
