摘要: Although an accumulating amount of research clearly indicates that plants are capable taking up exogenous amino acids, the actual importance such organic N sources for plant nutrition is under debate. In this study, we show acid uptake by Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) significantly decreased elevated internal NH4+ levels, while it increases following exposure to acids. Furthermore, larger in N-deficient than grown with a large access N. The regulatory pattern shows important similarities regulation NO3– and transport as well yeast transporters. addition, our data suggest may be regulated factors not originating from metabolism. up-regulation response deficiency suggests significant contributor economy P. sylvestris.
