摘要: Abstract Platelet myosin (thrombosthenin M) and two additional proteins corresponding to the head rod portion of molecule have been prepared from human blood platelets. Characterization these by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, actin binding studies, assay enzymic ATPase activity, electron microscopy has shown that platelet contractile closely resemble muscle proteins. Platelet myosin-head bind both an EDTA + K-stimulated which is suppressed Mg2+ in high salt concentration, whereas does not possess either properties; aggregate form thick filaments at low ionic strength. Both intact typical arrowhead-shaped complexes with or F-actin.
