摘要: Abstract Flaky FeSiAl alloy (9.5 wt% Si, 5.5 wt% Al and Fe balance) was prepared by using mechanical milling method. Fine ferrite powders were produced oxalate co-precipitation process. Flexible composite sheets fabricated via tape-casting method mixing the flake-shape sendust various weight fraction of NiZn ferrite. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy vibrating sample magnetometer used to characterize samples. Electromagnetic properties measurement results indicated that permittivity, permeability, power loss flaky FeSiAl/NiZn can be well tuned adjusting amount loading particles. It is found magnetic field coupling efficiency enhanced attaching with mix ferrites. Consequently, filled 14 wt% particles showed best ratio at 1 MHz-1GHz. This research work shows promising making a potential magnetically conductive material for energy transmission applications, such as NFC.
