Simultaneous determination of environmental estrogens: Diethylstilbestrol and estradiol using Cu-BTC frameworks-sensitized electrode

摘要: It is quite important to monitor environmental estrogens in a rapid, sensitive, simple and cost-effective manner due their wide existence high toxicity. Using 1,3,5-Benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3BTC) as the ligand copper ions center, Cu-BTC frameworks with surface area of 654.6m(2)/g were prepared, then used construct novel electrochemical sensing platform for diethylstilbestrol (DES) estradiol (E2). On frameworks, two oxidation waves at 0.26V 0.45V are observed DES E2, signals improved greatly. The prepared not only enhance accumulation efficiency but also improve electron transfer ability. influences pH value, modification amount time examined. As result, highly-sensitive, rapid convenient method was developed simultaneous determination detection limit 2.7nM 1.1nM. practical applications manifest this new system accurate feasible.
