摘要: In the last decade India has seen an increase in adoption of solar energy-based technologies by consumers, which been supported various government efforts and policies. The rural areas low-income households that lack a proper electricity supply have emerged as market for off-grid technologies, with private developers increasing their base slowly this group. This promulgated need to restructure decentralized energy sector. Existing literature points out suitability such markets; present study investigates challenges hindered its growth. reviews concept poverty respect sector analyzes methods determining poor access scenario.
