摘要: Concentrations of free and bound amino acids were determined in 1) the mycorrhizal fungus Boletus variegatus Fr. 2) nonmycorrhizal root systems aseptically grown Pinus sylvestris L. seedlings, 3) seedlings developed using two symbionts. Arginine (total) was major acid constituent mycelium B. (18%–22%) during exponential phase growth. While 59%–86% available arginine acceleration growth, logarithmic 63%–75% pool. There differences proportions between individual fraction at different stages growth suggesting production diverse proteins. Twenty per cent content uninfected P. arginine. Infection by fungal symbiont did not result an increase but a slight decrease composite structure. Almost all other pool found higher concentrations system. It is suggested that synthesis repressed host. The possibly metabolizes host ultimately resulting more efficient protein both partners.
