摘要: Cysteamine (CA)-capped CdTe quantum dots (QDs) (CA–CdTe QDs) were prepared by the reflux method and utilized as an efficient nano-sized fluorescent sensor to detect mercury (II) ions (Hg2+). Under optimum conditions, fluorescence quenching effect of CA–CdTe QDs was linear at Hg2+ concentrations in range 6.0–450 nmol/L. The detection limit calculated be 4.0 nmol/L according 3σ IUPAC criteria. influence 10-fold Pb2+, Cu2+ Ag+ on determination was < 7% (superior other reports based crude QDs). Furthermore, sensitivity selectivity much improved relative a probe, which using one-pot synthetic method.
