摘要: The anaesthetic effects of quinaldine sulphate (QS) together with diazepam (D) on tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) (20-25 g) were studied at different temperatures. application QS D significantly increased the anesthesia level in fish. Depending temperature, fish entered light or deep levels use alone 10 35 mg/l, compared to 5 20 mg/l when used (1-2 mg/l). In addition, QS, eliminated excitement and hyperactivity alone.
