摘要: Evidence is defined by its ability to establish or support conclusions. Evidence-based medicine (EBM) equates evidence with scientific and views factors such as clinical expertise important in moving from action. In contrast, we suggest that EBM should acknowledge multiple dimensions of including evidence, theoretic practical expert judicial ethics-based evidence. What loses not acknowledging these the ability, among other things, make defend judgements based on understandings complement science are no less than those can offer. We argue for a new definition that, without forced accommodation unacceptable compromise, acknowledges produced within outside science.
