摘要: Abstract Aims RNA regulatory genes were closely associated with tumorigenesis and prognosis in multiple tumors. Copy number variation (CNV) is a frequent characteristic soft tissue sarcomas (STS). However, little known regarding their possible roles STS. Main methods sequence profiles CNV data of 255 STS patients downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). The correlation analysis involved CNVs genes, patient survival, immune infiltration, DNA methylation. Drug sensitivity (IC50) was analyzed validated by MTT assays cell lines. Key findings events frequently observed all kinds (m6A, m5C, ac4C, m1A, m3C, m6Am, m7G, Ψ) genes. Diploid copy (CN) METTL4 better overall survival (OS) subtypes (leiomyosarcoma, LMS; dedifferentiated liposarcoma, DDLPS). In LMS, diploid CN significantly higher infiltration fraction resting mast cells. DDLPS, possessed lower methylation level CpG site cg12105018, which represented OS. Besides, sensitive drugs for lines according to IC50 loss METTL4. Temozolomide Olaparib identified. Further validation demonstrated that GCT most line both Olaparib.
